Portugal’s largest law firm, PLMJ, is to call in management consultancy Hildebrandt to advise the Lisbon practice on the ongoing review of its remuneration structure.

PLMJ met with Hildebrandt yesterday (23 March) to draw up plans for implementing the changes, which are likely to see the firm’s current hybrid payment structure abandoned in favour of a purer lockstep that would distribute profits more evenly across the firm.
