Stibbe is fielding an Amsterdam-based team headed by corporate partners Paul van den Hoek, Allard Metzelaar and Charles Honee, while long-term ABN advisor NautaDutilh is advising the bank. Nauta's team is led by corporate partner Hein Hooghoudt.
