Pinsent Masons has secured a new director for its insurance and reinsurance group, it was announced today (20 March). Non-lawyer Mike Evans joins the national firm this month as a director of life insurance from investment giant Skandia UK, where he was formerly chief operating officer. Evans, a qualified actuary, is also a non-executive director of asset management company Hargreaves Lansdown and ING Real Estate Investment Management.
