Linklaters has appointed a new global head of learning and development after hiring a senior administrator from City rival Lovells, it was announced today (22 February). Suzanne Fine, who was director of legal training at Lovells, joins the magic circle firm on 1 May. Fine is a former head of business development at Nottingham Law School and a principal lecturer and head of the Bar Vocational Course (BVC) at the College of Law.
