Holman Fenwick & Willan has hired partners on both sides of the globe, appointing London construction partner Peter Smith from Manches and Melbourne litigation partner Peter Leslie from Australian firm Middletons. Both partners joined last month and bring the number of partners at the firm to 99.
Smith will head the firm’s construction and engineering capability in London and the Far East. He said: “I was approached by Holman Fenwick to join them. It is a fantastic opportunity. Holman Fenwick already undertakes a significant amount of construction work across its various offices worldwide. My job is to provide a focal point for developing this further.”
