White & Case has taken on a new partner for its London arbitration practice with the hire of international arbitration specialist Kathleen Paisley.Paisley was a partner at the Brussels office of US firm Morrison & Foerster between 1992 and 2000. She became general counsel of online automotivebusiness Oneswoop until its acquisition by Norwich Union in 2004 after which she focused on developing her own technology and dispute resolution practice.
