Reprimands against solicitors and details from disciplinary hearings could be made public under new guidelines issued this week by the Law Society. The plans, which have been drawn up by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, include proposals to publish intervention decisions, full details of allegations in cases heard by the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal and of any misconduct that results in a formal reprimand.
