Ledingham Chalmers has hired agricultural and rural affairs specialist Clive Phillips as a partner for its Aberdeen office. Phillips joins from regional rival Paull & Williamson, where he was a partner. He will advise estate clients, commercial farmers and rural businesses and will work with Ledingham agricultural law partner Allan Collie.
