Derains & Associes founding partner Yves Derains has been elected president of the French Commission on Arbitration. Derains is a former secretary general of the International Arbitration Court of the International Chamber of Commerce, and has chaired the working group for the revision of the International Chamber of Commerce Arbitration Rules. The French Commission on Arbitration was created in 1953.
