Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer Frankfurt corporate and finance specialist Jens-Dietrich Mitzlaff has become the latest partner to the leave the magic circle firm’s German arm.
Mitzlaff, who joined the local arm of Morgan Lewis this month, had been a partner at Freshfields since 2001. His practice focuses on acquisition finance, equity capital markets and M&A.
