Swiss leader Pestalozzi Lachenal Patry has become embroiled in a dispute with four partners it expelled from the partnership late last year.
Dispute resolution partners Peter Straub and Marc Veit and tax partners Robert Briner and Marcus Desax were all kicked out of the partnership on 13 November after a disagreement over firm strategy.
