UK building society Bradford & Bingley has reshuffled its specialist panel for conveyancing and bulk work. Optima, which formerly traded as DLA Direct, has scooped a place on the new-look roster alongside Glasgow bulk business Conveyancing Direct and southeast property firm Homefast. The trio join a panel that also includes existing advisers Eversheds, Lightfoots, McKeags and Golds. The new line-up, which will be reviewed after six months, handles bulk work including buy-to-let and lifetime mortgages.
