General Electric (GE) Commercial Finance has named Lorna Curry as the new general counsel for its European corporate finance division.
The role hands Curry responsibility for 60 legal and compliance personnel and places her in change of all European legal matters for a business with assets worth almost $20bn (£10.2bn) and 2,000 employees.
