Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has lost its second Frankfurt partner in a week, following the announcement today (15 January) that capital markets partner Lutz Robert Kraemer is to join White & Case’s local arm.
Kraemer, who will join the US firm next month after 10 years with Freshfields, focuses on equity capital markets, particularly initial public offerings and secondary offerings.
