Linklaters has strengthened its Hungarian arm with the hire of a corporate duo from magic circle rival Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
Adam Mattyus joins the UK giant as a partner and will head up the firm’s corporate team in Budapest. Formerly a senior counsel at Freshfields, which he joined in 1992, Mattyus focuses his practice on M&A, competition law and energy.
