Herbert Smith and Macfarlanes have both bagged roles advising on Just Retirement’s £580m float, one of the biggest listings on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) this year.
Corporate partner Kevin Tuffnell led the Macfarlanes team advising the specialist life assurance group and its founding shareholder Langholm Capital on the initial public offering (IPO), which went live on Monday (4 December).
