Morgan Lewis has picked up a 10-lawyer intellectual property (IP) team from Dorsey & Whitney, following the Minneapolis firm’s decision to pull the plug on its San Francisco office at the end of the year.
The team joining Morgan Lewis includes five partners: Robin Silva, the co-chairwoman of Dorsey’s life sciences group; IP litigators Richard Trecartin and David Brezner; patents partner Maria Swiatek and non-contentious IP partner Victor Johnson.
