Spanish independent Gomez-Acebo & Pombo has launched a root-and-branch review of its long-term strategy as the Madrid-based firm moves to modernise its practice in response to mounting domestic competition.
The firm has called in an external consultant to advise on the review, the first formal assessment of long-term policy that the 41-partner firm has undertaken. The results of the review will be unveiled by the end of the year.
