Barlow Lyde & Gilbert has been hit by the resignation of its remaining three outsourcing partners from its commercial and technology group, including department head Simon Shooter.
The team, which includes commercial and technology partners Chris Holder and Christian Bartsch, is set to join TMT specialists Bird & Bird in the New Year. The team has acted for clients such as Hutchison 3G (now known as ’3′).
