A group of major commercial firms led by Clifford Chance (CC) have backed the legal profession’s growing campaign against controversial proposals for legal aid reform.
In a highly unusual move, a group of 28 law firms, including CC, Herbert Smith, CMS Cameron McKenna and Eversheds has written to the Government protesting at the “threat to the access of justice” of upcoming reforms to legal aid.
