. White & Case banking partners Rob Mathews and Chris Kandel have advised Cablecom Luxembourg, a subsidiary of Liberty Global, on its €300m (£206m) issue of senior notes due in 2016. The deal is thought to be the first dual issuer structure offering in the European high yield market, with Cablecom’s obligations to be assigned to UPC Holding if it takes over Cablecom. Latham & Watkins finance partner Bryant Edwards and corporate finance partner Jacques McChesney advised JP Morgan and Deutsche Bank as lead arrangers.
