Bingham McCutchen has moved to expand its Asia practice, today (13 November) announcing the launch of a three-lawyer Hong Kong office.
The new office, which will open on 1 January, 2007, will focus on financial restructuring and financial regulatory work, advising hedge funds and investment banks in their distressed and special situations investments.
