DLA Piper has moved to beef up its Asian corporate capability with the hire of new partners in Hong Kong and Tokyo.
Corporate partner Esther Leung joins the Hong Kong office from the local arm of Mallesons Stephen Jaques. Leung, who was a partner at the Australian leader and advises on listings, M&A, private equity and restructuring, joins DLA Piper’s 150-lawyer China practice, which also has offices in Beijing and Shanghai.
