The London 2012 Olympics has seen its second major legal hire in recent months with the appointment of Celia Carlisle as head of legal at the Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA).
Carlisle, who has spent the past two years as an independent consultant, takes over the role from DLA Piper project finance partner Peter Rout, who was seconded to the statutory body in November last year as acting head of legal.
