Expansive Ukrainian firm Magister & Partners has merged with Russian dispute resolution boutique Legas Legal Solutions in its second tie-up this year.
The merger, which goes live on 1 November and will practise under the banner Magister & Partners, creates an 85-lawyer firm with offices in Moscow and Kiev. The move follows the firms’ decision to form an alliance in July.
