Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe has beefed up its tax practice with the hire of John Narducci from White & Case, where he was a partner. Narducci is the 10th partner to join Orrick’s New York office this year.
His practice involves the tax aspects of securities offerings, derivatives, mergers and acquisitions and financings.
