Finers Stephen Innocent and Doughty Street Chambers have won out in a landmark House of Lords judgment on media litigation yesterday (11 October).
Finers and Geoffrey Robertson QC of Doughty Chambers advised The Wall Street Journal Europe on the appeal, which had been brought to the House of Lords after the publication had lost in the High Court and Court of Appeal.
