Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP) has boosted its asset finance capability with the hire of aviation specialist Tom Budgett, who joins the firm as a partner from Investec Bank.
Budgett was a Clifford Chance finance partner for more than 20 years before he joined Australian bank ANZ in March 2001, following which he transferred with the team to Investec, where he worked as an investment banker in the structured finance group.
