The head of Linklaters’ trademark filing and prosecution practice, Roland Mallinson, is to join Taylor Wessing as the magic circle firm brings its bulk trademark practice to an end.
Mallinson, whose intellectual property (IP) practice encompasses trademark work as well as broader copyright and patents work, is set to join Taylor Wessing in December with a team of associates.
