Offshore firm Ogier has hit the merger trail once again after absorbing British Virgin Islands (BVI) outfit WSmiths, as consolidation in the offshore sector continues to accelerate.
The deal, which goes live on 1 February, sees a total of 14 lawyers – including two partners – and two accountants come under the Ogier banner.
