Linklaters acted for RBS as seller, issuer and administrator with securitisation partner Jim Rice leading a team including capital markets partner and global head of the US practice Steve Thierbach, real estate partner Mark Burgess- Smith and New York tax partner Stephen Land. A&O, led by securitisation partner Vanessa Hardman, acted for RBS as arranger and lead manager.
