An investigation is to be carried out into the conduct of two immigration judges at the centre of a high-profile sex blackmail case, it was announced today (4 October).
The Lord Chancellor, Lord Falconer, and the Lord Chief Justice, Lord Phillips of Worth Matravers, have suspended Mohammed Khan and another immigration judge – known only as ‘Ms J’ – following allegations that the pair illegally employed Brazilian cleaner Roselane Driza.
