US banking giant Citigroup has created a pioneering training scheme for its new law recruits that will see graduates seconded to a trio of top US firms, including Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton.
The scheme will see Citigroup sign up law undergraduates for the first time, with the recruits being seconded to a group of leading US law firms for a two-year training secondment after graduation.
