Senior figures in the legal profession will join the debate on how to reduce the cost of civil trials when they meet with senior commercial judges at a top-level summit next month.
Partners from a host of the UK’s top firms, including magic circle giant Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, are being asked to submit proposals ahead of the meeting, which will also include high-profile figures from the City and the judiciary as well as regular users of the commercial court.
