Trade union firm Thompsons Solicitors has announced changes to its senior management, as it moves to address succession issues.
The firm’s chief executive, Geoff Shears, will take on the newly-created position of executive chair on 1 May next year and will have responsibility for the strategic direction of the firm and for chairing its supervisory board.
