Berrymans Lace Mawer has secured the appointment of a new partner in its regulatory division. Francoise Snape joined the 101-partner regional firm's Birmingham office this week (11 September) from local set Central Solicitors' Chambers, where she was a criminal and regulatory advocate. The hire of Snape, whose background is in health and safety, product liability, trading standards, fraud and environmental work, is in line with Berrymans' stated plans to expand its regulatory and criminal prosecutions team.
