Winston & Strawn has appointed Chicago-based litigation partner Dan Webb as its new chairman after a unanimous vote by the firm’s executive board.
Webb, who joined the firm as a partner in 1985, takes over the reins from James Thompson, who stepped down last month after 12 years in the post.
