Dell’s veteran head of legal for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Richard Norman, has stepped down after 13 years with the computer manufacturer. Norman, however, continues to work for the company as a consultant in an of counsel role.
Norman has been succeeded by senior in-house lawyer Rich Rothberg, who joined Dell at the end of 1999 from infrastructure company Caterpillar.
