New York trio do battle on $15bn Inco bid

Three of Manhattan’s top firms are set to do battle as the bidding war for Canadian nickel miner Inco heats up.

Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison and Debevoise & Plimpton are advising bidders in the deal, while Sullivan & Cromwell is advising Inco.
