Sullivan & Cromwell has grabbed top spot in the US M&A rankings for the second quarter, as the M&A market continues to boom on both sides of the Atlantic.
Sullivan advised on 67 deals totalling $318bn (£172bn) during the six-month period, knocking Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom, which had topped the table at this point last year, into second place.
