The Young Solicitors Group (YSG) has sealed a merger deal with the Trainee Solicitors Group (TSG), it was announced today (14 July), as the national representative group unveiled a shake-up of its executive structure.
The new model, dubbed a ‘Junior’ Law Society, was agreed after the body’s annual general meeting earlier this month and will go live from September 2007. The combined group will represent almost 100,000 people.
