Top 100 firm Lewis Silkin has announced plans to roll out the LexisNexis InterAction client relation-ship management (CRM) system to strengthen client services and business development.

The 42-partner firm will be replacing a simple contacts system and several software applications previously used to manage client relationships in its City and Oxford offices. The decision to go with the popular InterAction version 5.1 software was based on tight integration with Microsoft Outlook and the firm’s Hummingbird document management system.
