Mortons beats local rivals to exclusive MoD role

Scots firm Morton Fraser has scooped a plum role as exclusive adviser to the Ministry of Defence (MoD) in Scotland.

The Edinburgh-based firm landed the five-year mandate ahead of a clutch of bids from local rivals Dundas & Wilson and Shepherd & Wedderburn as well as the local arm of UK giant Pinsent Masons in a formal tender earlier this year.
