While lawyers are most accustomed to herding cash cows – and perhaps slaying the occasional sacred one in court – Scots titan Maclay Murray & Spens has thrown its considerable Caledonian bulk behind Cow Parade 2006, a bizarre but entertaining international ‘public art event’ in which businesses sponsor painted (fibreglass) cattle to raise cash for local charities.
