The Commerce & Industry (C&I) Group last month stepped up its long-running campaign to persuade the Law Society to reduce the cost of practising certificates for in-house lawyers, with newlyelected national chair Mike Armstrong raising the issue with Law Society president Kevin Martin and vice-president Fiona Woolf.
