Wragge & Co has scooped its first headline role for new client Tallink Grupp with the Birmingham firm advising the Estonian shipping giant on the £406m buy-out of a rival Finnish outfit from Sea Containers.
Wragges landed the mandate on the back of a referral from Estonian practice Raidla & Partners, an informal referral partner of the UK firm.
