My supervising partner made a pass at me and I made it clear I wasn’t interested. Since then I feel as if the partner has been deliberately undermining me. What should I do?

It might be an idea to try to get involved in working with other partners. I faced a similar situation and had to endure a lot of badmouthing without daring to speak up. I realised the partner was not only unpleasant, he also tried to undermine my abilities in appraisals and with fellow partners I was working for. I eventually did speak to some senior colleagues, but never made a formal complaint. I’m still with the same firm and the partner in question has finally left. I’m sure you’ll get through this.
