National firm Colemans-ctts is centralising its case management system in a bid to move into the UK top 100 league. Ranked in the top 150, the insurance specialist is working with Eclipse, Ramesys and InTechnology to implement a central server, which will link its Manchester, Kingston-upon-Thames and Walsall offices.
The project will involve using the Citrix platform and upgrading the wide area network. As well as streamlining communication between offices, the system will support a dedicated disaster recovery site to ensure business continuity.
