Leading South African firms Edward Nathan and Sonnen-berg Hoffmann Galombik have announced they are to merge, creating the biggest law firm in the continent of Africa.
The tie-up, which is scheduled to be completed by September following regulatory approval, was announced earlier this week (5 June).
