Olswang has sealed its latest high-profile mandate in the film finance sector with the media specialist last month advising on the sale and lease-back of new blockbuster movie The Da Vinci Code.
Olswang this month advised Sony Pictures Entertainment, which produced and owns the rights to The Da Vinci Code, on the sale of the film to a separate partnership and on its immediate leaseback, a standard procedure in the film industry which generates financial gain for both parties.
